Yes, you are asked to pay for our services in three equal payments. The first payment is due in order to hold your event date on our schedule, the second installment is due 2 weeks prior to your event, and the final installment is due on the day of the event.

Yes! We specialize in creating your Love Story. In this video we'll use photos, home video of your childhood and combine it with current video and music to tell your love story.
Typically the edited video will be in your hands 12 - 16 weeks after your event. Remember, this is the video of a lifetime, so much care must be given to getting everything just right. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the current production schedule.
Finished event videos could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what and how you'd like your video produced. During the approval phase of the project you will have input on just how long your video will be.
Yes, it is important for our staff to meet the event participants as well as the officiant. We will need to evaluate the facility and plan for the best and most inconspicuous placement for cameras and microphones.
