Are you and your equipment inconspicuous when you are shooting?
Yes, every effort is made to remain in the background and to comply with all rules of the facility being used.

Do you use lighting?
A small on camera light may be used during the reception, but each ceremony is filmed using only existing light.

Do you have back-ups in case of equipment malfunctions?
All video and audio are recorded from multiple sources. This makes sure that we don't have gaps in your video due to a single point of failure.

Is your equipment professional and up to date?
Yes, the cameras and microphones we use utilize the Digital DV format for the highest of fidelity. After your event is recorded, your footage is edited using a professional non-linear editor capable of adding titles and special effects. Once the editing is completed your video is finalized for DVD.

Will you be professional in your appearance?
Yes, our appearance will be professional

Do you tape other activities that are not held at the church or reception hall?
Yes. Coverage at alternate locations such as preparations or receptions are all covered. See our pricing for details.

Do you interview guests at the reception?
We are careful not to offend any of your guests. We will do interviews at the customers request. We ask that interview participant permission be obtained before the event..

Do you require a retaining fee for your services?
Yes, you are asked to pay for our services in three equal payments. The first payment is due in order to hold your event date on our schedule, the second installment is due 2 weeks prior to your event, and the final installment is due on the day of the event.

Can we select music for you to use in the editing process?
Yes. We will allow you to choose songs that are special to you. We also can select music for you that will closely match the mood our video is attempting to create. This is totally up to the customer.

Can we have special photos, slides or home video edited into our wedding video?
Yes! We specialize in creating your Love Story. In this video we'll use photos, home video of your childhood and combine it with current video and music to tell your love story.

How soon can we expect to receive our DVD(s)?
Typically the edited video will be in your hands 12 - 16 weeks after your event. Remember, this is the video of a lifetime, so much care must be given to getting everything just right. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the current production schedule.

How long will the edited tape be?
Finished event videos could be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on what and how you'd like your video produced. During the approval phase of the project you will have input on just how long your video will be.

Will you attend the rehearsal?
Yes, it is important for our staff to meet the event participants as well as the officiant. We will need to evaluate the facility and plan for the best and most inconspicuous placement for cameras and microphones.
